AGENDA of EVENTS:
We will start off the morning at 9AM with a 50 minute Beginners Pilates Class led by Instructor Ellie of The Barre Room. She will lead you through a series of gentle pilates exercises focused on creating a strong connection to your core and abdominals resulting in length, balance, strength and control throughout your entire body. What do you need to bring? A bottle of water, a yoga mat, and a grateful heart! (We will provide extra mats just in case.)
We will then invite everyone to take a 30-45 min break, enjoy the company of our attendees and grab a refreshment and snack.
We will finish off the morning with a 45 min Flower Arranging Workshop led by Reesa. In this Flower Arranging Workshop, Reesa will walk you through her steps to creating a signature Haven Flower Farm styled arrangement. You will learn how to create dimension, highlight…
